How booking with me works
Nothing on this site charges you or commits you to anything. Here is what the prices mean, what happens when you send a request, and what I take care of once you do.
The prices you see here
Fares on this site come straight from my airline partners, and every price shown covers the whole package I arrange for you — not the seat alone. They are not held seats and not issued tickets: fares and availability can move until a ticket is issued, so I always confirm the final price with you before anything is booked.
Sending a request is not a purchase
Sending the form costs nothing, holds nothing, and takes no payment — this site never asks for a card. I check the exact fare in my agency’s authorized reservation system, come back to you with it, and we arrange the booking and the payment together once you are happy with it.
How I reach you, and what I look after
I ask for both an email address and a phone number so I can still reach you if one of them fails, and I only contact you about the request you sent. Alongside your flights I handle Vietnam visa paperwork, seat requests, special assistance, and any changes later on. Group travel and business class discounts I quote by phone, so call me for those.
