How I handle your information
I ask for only what I need to price your trip and call you back. I do not sell your information, I do not share it outside my agency, and I do not use it to advertise to you.
What I collect
Your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, the trip you are asking about, and anything you write in the assistance or notes fields. I never ask for passport, payment, or medical details on this site — those come later, directly with me, once we are actually booking.
What I do with it
Your request comes to my office by email and appears on a staff-only page so I can research your options and get back to you. I use it to answer you and to arrange the trip you asked about, and for nothing else. No advertising lists, no data brokers, no third parties beyond the airlines and suppliers your own booking requires.
Keeping it, and getting it removed
The staff page is password protected and holds only the details above. I keep your request while I am helping you, and afterwards for the records an accredited travel agency is expected to keep. Call or email me any time to ask what I have on file, correct it, or have it deleted, and I will take care of it.
